Designed to be compatible with most pouches, this laminator machine features a 330mm/13-inch wide inlet, suitable for laminating A3, A4, A5, A6, and A7 size pouches. It is compatible with 3mil-5mil/80-125mic laminating pouches, making it versatile for various applications such as painting, menus, business letters, certificates, photos, and labels.

Addressing the common issue of paper jams, the laminator is equipped with an innovative ABS paper release lever. To clear a paper jam, simply turn off the laminator, push and hold the ABS lever, and then pull the stuck pouch out. This feature helps boost your workflow for high efficiency.

The laminator offers both hot and cold lamination modes. The hot mode is suitable for most documents, while the cold mode is ideal for laminating heat-sensitive ink and paint, protecting the color from fading or melting.

If the machine does not work or heat up, the laminating temperature may be too low. Allow the laminator to fully warm up (when the HOT mode indicator turns green) before laminating. If the pouch gets stuck in the laminator, it is likely due to the use of thicker items than the recommended 3 to 5mil (80 to 125mic) hot/thermal laminating pouches.

The laminator may emit a small amount of smoke during its first use due to the vulcanization of the rubber rollers, which is a normal occurrence. After a few uses, the smoke will disappear.

If the laminating pouch wrinkles, waves, or has bubbles, it is likely due to the effects of gravity. To address this, hold the pouch all the way after it exits the outlet, and you can also put a thick book on the pouch to flatten it.
